Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup of Pitted Medjool Dates
- ½ cup Sunflower Seed Butter (or alternative)
- 3 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
- 2-4 tbsp Enerex Greens Mixed Berries
- Extra Raw Cacao Powder, for rolling
Directions
Step 1
Place all of your ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a soft, thick dough forms
Step 2
Remove the blade from the food processor and roll the dough into heaping tablespoon-sized bites
Step 3
Roll or dust with a little extra raw cacao powder and then place in the refrigerator until firm. Store in an air-tight container for up to a week
