Simple and vibrant turmeric latte recipe. Made with a creamy full-fat coconut milk base, plus fresh turmeric, ginger root, and a touch of Black Seed Oil for added phytonutrient benefits

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
- ¼ cup Coconut Cream (can, water removed)
- ½ tsp fresh Turmeric Root, grated
- 1/8 tsp fresh Ginger Root, grated
- 1/8 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp Raw Local Honey
- ½ tsp Enerex Black Seed Oil
Directions
Step 1
Add your plant-based milk, coconut cream, fresh turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to a pot over medium heat
Step 2
Bring to a gentle simmer and whisk until frothy (3-4 minutes). Reduce to low heat and continue to whisk (1-2 minutes). Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before stirring in your honey and Black Seed Oil
Step 3
Pour into your favourite mug. Sip – Nourish. Revive. Thrive!
