Cough Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Black Seed Oil
- 4 tablespoons Manuka Honey
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Cinnamon, pinch (optional)
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the black seed oil and manuka honey. Add the lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric powder, and cinnamon (if using), mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a clean and sterilized glass jar with an airtight lid. Let the cough syrup sit for a few hours to allow the flavours to meld together. Makes around 130ml

Take 1-2 teaspoons as needed to soothe coughs and sore throats
