Ingredients
- 2-3 cups Raw Spinach
- 2 heaping cups of Frozen Cauliflower
- 3-4 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 cup Plant-Based Milk (almond, oat, coconut)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 tsp Enerex Greens Original
Directions
Step 1
Add frozen cauliflower, plant-based milk and water to the blender and allow to sit while you get your other ingredients together. (This slightly thaws the cauliflower and makes it easier on your blender)
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients and blend until thick and creamy, using a tamper as needed. You may adjust for your desired thickness by adding or removing liquid
Step 3
Pour into your favourite glass. Nourish, Revive, Thrive!
