Terms & Conditions - Try Before You Buy

Enerex Botanicals Ltd. offers you the ability to order and experience trial sizes of select Enerex and Luma products. If you choose to place a Try Before You Buy Order you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Your use of the Enerex.ca website is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. 

 

Eligibility
Our Try Before You Buy Program is available to residents of Canada and the USA. We reserve the right to refuse our Try Before You Buy Program and suspend or terminate your use if we believe you have violated or acted inconsistently.

Promo Codes
Try Before You Buy promo codes are valid for one use per customer. Up to 5 promo codes can be applied to any order. 

Shipping
Shipping within Canada
We offer free shipping on Trial Pouches via letter mail to Canadian mailing addresses. We can ship up to 3 Trial Pouches in one envelope. Your Trial Pouches may ship separately. If you are purchasing other products in addition you will be subject to our standard Shipping Policy. Shipping in Canada is free on orders over $125 or is a flat rate of $10 

Shipping to USA
Residents of the United States are subject to our regular shipping policy. We cannot offer free shipping via letter mail to the USA. Free shipping is available for orders over $125 CDN or a flat rate of $30

Returns
Trial Pouches from our Try Before You Buy Program cannot be returned and have no cash value

Payment
Our Try Before You Buy Program does not authorize us to charge any additional amounts. After using your trial pack you will have the option to purchase a full sized product. You are under no obligation to purchase. Keep in mind that this program is designed to support customers who have a high intent to purchase a full sized product after trying it.

 

In order for us to continue offering this Try Before You Buy program please refrain from misusing or exploiting this service.

We may in our sole discretion change these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of our Try Before You Buy or cancel our Try Before You Buy at any time without notice to you.
