Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Enerex Best Start!
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ cup Butter or Coconut Oil, melted
- 3/4 cup Brown or Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg, whisked

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add melted butter to a mixing bowl and whisk in sugar to cream. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix until smo

Combine dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry bowl and gently fold in with a spatula to combine. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or alternative and use your hands to form 12-15 cookies, gently flatten and press any additional toppings into the cookies
Step 3
Bake at 350°F for 15 min until edges are lightly golden. Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container
