DIGEST BEST

Rebecca

This works so fast! I have taken it to generally improve my digestion and now I take it travelling with me and to restaurants so I don’t have to worry about feeling heavy, lethargic or unwell if I eat something I don’t digest well or don’t normally eat. Bonus: it’s a 3-in-1 product with the L-glutamine being my favourite bonus to this product.

I’m a Holistic Nutritionist + Wellness Specialist. In a nutshell, I’m a foodie, I love healthy, easy-to-prepare meals with fresh ingredients. But I want the food I eat to taste good and be good for me.

My journey with nutrition began in my mid-20s when I was pregnant with my now 16-year-old daughter. This was when I started to think about food, its purpose, and how to properly nourish my growing baby as well as myself. When my child, Izzy, began eating solid foods, I made my own baby food but was left mortified when she would spit out anything made with meat or fish. On the other hand, she would sing when I fed her vegetables or fruit. In a panic, I signed up for vegetarian cooking courses at George Brown College so that I could learn how to feed my growing vegetarian properly!

I also searched for answers about how to eat without worrying about weight gain, feeling bloated, tired, or nauseous after a meal. I looked to find ways to balance my bouts of depression and anxiety, without the use of pharmaceuticals, which I discovered were linked to the lack of nutrients in my daily diet. This was when I decided to help others from my own experience by becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I am very selective with the supplements choose for my own wellness as well as my clients'.  I look for Canadian brands that have integrity with their ingredient sources, unique formulations, as well as affordable pricing.

Living a busy and active lifestyle it's important that I replenish vitamins and minerals that I have depleted during training. By adding greens to my diet it's a quick alternative to help boost my greens intake which allows me to consume adequate amounts of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and nutrients that I need for optimal sport performance.

GREENS - MIXED BERRIES

Suzanne

I love Enerex GREENS Mixed Berries! I’m was feeling tired and listless. My daughter was earning an accounting degree, juggling work and playing soccer. She looked at me one day, sick of being sick and tired. We both tried GREENS Mixed Berries and noticed a big difference within three days. We felt much better, had energy to take part in life and now enjoy living it! We added it to our favourite smoothie or to yogurt. The berry flavour works with both. Thank you for making such a great tasting GREENS!

GREENS - ORIGINAL

Melanie

I have been taking Enerex Greens original for over a decade. It is the best Green on the market, in my opinion. Enerex greens does not contains a bunch of herbs in it. As an herbalist, I do not agree, with taking a variety of herbs, on a daily basis, for long periods. This greens is perfect. Only superfoods and the right ingredients. The taste is also so clean! Yes, even the non flavor Green is so easy to take. And, it has no sugar added at all. A big must for me.

"I discovered Enerex back in 2013. Before my training to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I was working for a tiny health food shop in Bloor West, Toronto.

With my passion for knowledge and wellness, I found pleasure in analyzing and researching the plethora of supplement products available. Before I was classically trained at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition I was driven to Enerex’s brilliantly crafted formulas. I started utilizing the Original Greens Formula, NAC 1000, and Memoria in my own routine, and I spoke highly of them to my family and friends.

Fast forward 6-years later. I still feel joy and get excited over this collection of essentials, builders and functionals. Enerex has played a role in my own wellness since the beginning of my journey, and it remains a total go-to for my nutritional practice - to help people thrive and be vibrant.

They're nutritional brilliance, truly."
