GROWN ON VOLCANIC LAND
Our grasses are grown on 2,800 acres of certified organic farmland. This land is situated on an ancient volcanic sea bed in the mountains of Utah, at an altitude of 5,000ft. This altitude in combination with mineral-rich topsoil contributes to a significantly higher chlorophyll, vitamin, and mineral content. Annual crop rotations and natural mineralized from surrounding hills ensure maximum nutrition in each harvest. The young grasses are harvested in their pre-joint stage, when their nutrient density is at its peak, they are then rinsed, juiced and dried onsite at 31°C (88°F).
