Ingredients
1 cup Plain Vegan Coconut Yogurt (or alternative)
2 tsp Enerex Best Start!
1-2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Fresh Fruit
Yogurt Base

Directions
Mighty Seed Mix (Makes 8 Servings)
Begin with the Mighty Seed Mix: Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry medium skillet over medium-low heat, tossing often, until golden, about 2 minutes
Add sesame and fennel seeds; toast, tossing often, until golden brown, about 2 minutes longer
Mix in syrup; cook, tossing often, until glossy clumps form, about 1 minute
Remove from heat; stir in hemp and chia seeds. Season with salt
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet; let cool
Bowl Assembly
In a breakfast bowl, mix together the yogurt, Best Start, and maple syrup until evenly combined
Garnish with a few tbsp of Mighty Seed Mix and fresh fruit
