Sneaking Greens into your Chocolate Energy Bites

Makes 12-15 bites

INGREDIENTS
1 heaping cup pitted medjool dates*
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter or a nut/seed butter of your choice
3 tablespoons unsweetened raw cacao powder
1/4 cup hemp hearts
2-4 tablespoons Enerex Mixed Berry Greens  or Enerex BEST START!
Extra raw cacao powder, for rolling

INSTRUCTIONS
-Place all of your ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a soft, thick dough forms
-Remove the blade from the food processor and roll the dough into heaping tablespoons sized bites
-Roll or dust with a little extra raw cacao powder and then place in the refrigerator until firm
-Store in an air-tight container for up to a week

NOTES
-If you're dates are really dry, soak them in some warm water and then drain well before using
