5-Minute Green Smoothie

5 minute smoothie recipe

Have the Best Start to your day with this simple and nourishing 5-minute smoothie. 

Makes 1 big smoothie


2-3 cups raw spinach

2 heaping cups frozen cauliflower

3-4 medjool dates, pitted

1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut)

1/2 cup water

2 tsp BEST START! (Protein, Greens, and Mushrooms)

2 tbsp hemp hearts


Add frozen cauliflower, plant-based milk and water to the blender and allow to sit while you get your other ingredients together. This slightly thaws the cauliflower and makes it easier on your blender. Combine remaining ingredients and blend until thick and creamy, using a tamper as needed. You may adjust for your desired thickness by adding or removing liquid.
