Protein powder is a great supplement to include in everyday life, especially a raw vegan protein powder.

Protein, and the amino acids that form them, are building blocks and very crucial for the continual state of renewal and repair that our body undergoes every day. Protein makes up about 20% of body weight, most of which is located in muscles. The rest of these proteins are found in skin, hair, nails, tissues and bones. Amino acids also build up immune cells in the body.

Therefore, sufficient protein intake is crucial for energy, for muscle growth (fitness goals), strong hair and nails, healthy skin and for an optimal immune system. I always recommend protein powder to athletes or to anyone that works out and to all vegans or vegetarians. However, many people can benefit from a protein powder, as it is a convenient way to get condensed and easily digestible protein in your diet.

The Enerex Raw Phyto Protein is a high quality, raw vegan protein powder. Sprouted vegan sources are generally easier to digest and the combination of ingredients adds a well-rounded, balanced array of protein sources. The sprouting process allows for the protein to be bioavailable, meaning it absorbs and is utilized readily in the body. A huge benefit of this product is that it lacks pea protein, which is difficult to digest for most and can cause bloating and indigestion. These products also taste great and natural, which is another unique factor. In order for me to recommend products to my clients, I ensure that they do not compromise on quality or flavour, because a healthy lifestyle should be delicious!
