Try this fabulous salad dressing made with Enerex Black Seed Oil!
Nigella sativa seeds have been a common spice in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking for centuries, but they are just making their way west now.
 
These small black seeds have been described to taste like a combination of “roasted onions, black pepper and oregano” or “cumin with toasted poppy or sesame seeds.” The seeds and oil of Nigella sativa (also called black seed) flavour curries and vegetable or legume side dishes. They’re also used in Bengali cuisine’s naan bread, in Turkish flatbreads and in Eastern Europe rye bread. 
 
With that in mind, here is an easy and exotic dressing recipe, perfect to dip bread into or drizzle on hot veggies or salad:
 
Black Nigella Sativa Dressing

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon Enerex BLACK SEED OIL
sea salt & pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon grainy mustard (optional)
 
Combine all ingredients in a hand blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.
